Easy process
Ever have that family member that just can’t help but get themselves into a fender bender almost once a year. CARSTAR has been wonderful to work with. I believe we have used them 4 times to fix things that have been damaged on a vehicle. And four times they have corrected the issue and made it easy. They work hand and hand with Enterprise and have a rental availability to accommodate. Thank you Amber and Nicole, and all the guys that have worked on our van.
They are extremely nice and sincere friendly employees. They take their time explaining how they will conduct the job that they will be doing on your vehicle. They keep you updated on the process of their work and the date of completion. Very impressed with them, have used them twice and will definitely use them if need be again.
