I was involved in a collision in Jan 2026 (my fault) and my insurance company (Intact), recommended this body shop. My vehicle had 30 thousand kms on it and the damage was to the front end (right of centre). They fixed the cosmetic components and returned the vehicle. As soon as I started to drive it I noticed a significant issue with the steering (pulling to the right) that had never been present prior to the collision. I reviewed the invoice and noted that they had apparently done an alignment ($110 charge to insurance.co)... read more
Was looking for a reputable body shop for a minor repair on my car as I am new(er) to this end of the city and rely heavily on google reviews to help decide where to go. After reading the negative reports for this particular body shop I'm able to make a more informed decision and ultimately take my car elsewhere.
