Would steer clear of this shop believe the guy we felt with was named Jamie do not use this guy. Was rude took bad pics could not even wash the truck to see scratches and dents. we called insurance and told them we were going elsewhere. This place, Jamie we did not want to use them he could not even wash the truck to take proper pictures properly of scratches and dents. Talked rude to wife so decided to take our business elsewhere. Jamie called asked me why we will not use them I told him none of his business. He called our insurance and gave miss information not even 20 min after the call switched sides of accident missed half the truck if you want shady work go here. 4 monthss ago Car Star repaired some damage to my Rav. Recently while cleaning the car I found a piece of plastic trim that was loose in a wheel well that was rattling and rubbing on-the tire . I felt that it had probably been improperly reinstalled so aaintook it to Car Star. They felt that the damage was done by the car hitting something which would not have been their fault. However they fixed the problem without charge (about 1/2 labour plus parts). Thank you.
Great experience, all staff were amazing!!! Quicker turnaround time than expected. Highly recommended.
