Minutes after arrival James and his crew were already at work diagnosing and repairing my issue, a panel misalignment and broken bumper clips. Onto the hoist and I was on my way in less than an hour. This crew knows their stuff and their shop is top notch. Recommended
From the moment I spoke with Sean from quote to drop off, he made sure everything was completely taken care of. My car was fixed like new in record time, and was also completely detailed!! Before I get to the review, a little backstory. My Jeep ended up at CARSTAR after someone lost control of their two dogs, who apparently mistook her for a giant Etch A Sketch. Fortunately, the only injuries were to my paintwork. This was my first insurance claim ever, so I had no idea what to expect. Thankfully, James made the whole process feel effortless.
