Very happy with the experience I had at Carstar. Communication was very good and always kept me up to date with anything new going on with my car. Highly recommend this place!

Drake was amazing from start to finish. Once everything was approved by the insurance, they went straight to work. My vehicle was hit while parked in the school parking lot at 3:15p.m. by 4:30p.m. called Drake as instructed by the ladies' insurance, and he already had a work order in his computer. Scheduled an appointment for 9 a.m. drop off the next morning. I was given an estimated 12 day turn around got my vehicle back in 9 days. Work was completely satisfactory so far no issues.
