Having multiple cars with kids driving, I’ve had to deal with multiple accidents and used multiple different shops. The communication at Carstar Kenmore was the best of any body shop I’ve used. The team was easy to talk to during the estimate and check-in processes. I received regular updates during the repair work and the car was ready ahead of schedule and looked awesome. They even fixed a long standing screeching window issue! I’m hoping for no more accidents, but I will definitely come back here if the need comes up.
