We were very fortunate to have had our car towed to Car Star. They answer all your questions and advised what you need to do next for your vehicle. Once they are in contact with your insurance they handle all the details and keep you updated as to where your vehicle is in the process. No response from them after bringing the car in for a pretty simple estimate earlier this week. Called and they knew who I was and was told she would call me right back. That was two days ago. Hard to write a positive review for a company that for some reason doesn't want your business.
Toyota Land Cruiser 250 2024 Very informative on their updates. Updates came at a timely manner. Easy to communicate with and very detailed with their work and what will be done. Body work came out amazing.
