I would not recommend this shop. The communication is absolutely terrible – Ramon does not get back to you, and when he does, it’s after days of waiting. On top of that, some of the work that was supposed to be completed on my vehicle was missed entirely, and no one bothered to update me or take accountability. I had to chase them down just to get basic answers, and even then, responses were unhelpful or nonexistent. Very unprofessional experience.
Thank you CARSTAR and Ramon for great service. You guys did a great job on my Tesla. You delivered when you said you would. Highly recommended!!!!!!
I got a flat tire on my bike during a thunderstorm and stepped in to try to use my phone because the touchscreen doesn’t work when it’s soaking wet in order to find a bike repair shop and the owner came out and yelled at us for being in the store.
