Carstar was easy to work with from start to finish! Very professional, great communication, and worked seamlessly with auto insurance and car rental. Job was done quickly and ahead of time. Dan and Rob were great to work with. Would highly recommend!
Work is so-so, but they're near impossible to get a hold of. Previous repair went fine, not perfect, but fine. This time, it took a half dozen phone calls, a couple online messages, and three visits to the shop before finally getting a rejection. First was told they were booked out for three weeks, then a month or two, then finally they rejected my service altogether saying it might take six months. Dan was very thorough and explained what would happen from start to finish. The car was completed as promised, looked beautiful and was returned cleaned, inside and out. I am recommending CarStar to everyone!
