I had an excellent experience, they were very responsive, helpful, friendly and worked directly with Amica. They helped coordinate a car rental so that when I dropped off my truck, I was able to pick up the rental car. They did an excellent job and my truck came back looking like new and there were no out-of-pocket costs other than my deductible. I’m highly satisfied and I can highly recommend CarStar Hudson Collision Center.
CARSTAR was very communicative - through phone, email and text message. The process of the rental car was very smooth, too; Enterprise picked me up and had a good working relationship with the body shop. The work CARSTAR completed was thoroughly and professionally done!
