I was on my way to Penticton, but stopped In Hope to get my tire looked at, because something was rubbing. First I met Ted and told him about my dilemma, then he referred me inside and I told Griffyn what was going on. He said they would look at it right away. I felt such a relief because that’s the last thing you want happening when you’re in the middle of nowhere. Customer service was excellent. Can't say enough good things. 6 stars if I could. Workmanship very good.
I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They were extremely nice and got the job done in a timely manner. My car came back washed and vacuumed too. But most of all, they really seemed to care about making sure I was a happy customer! Well done Carstar / Hope Autobody!
