This autobody has closed down permanently. If you have issues with the quality of their former repairs, good luck as any other Carstar affiliated shops will not warranty this locations repairs. Long story short, I had Carstar Hammer do repairs to the driver door of my Lexus in 10/2021. One and a half years later the clear coat on the door Carstar Hammer did the repairs on began to peel and chip at the door's edge. A little late on the review here. This place is absolute garbage. Took 2 months to complete a 2 week job. They would not respond to my calls, or texts. I work out of state and had to have my friend stop by. They said they would return my call they did not. Nothing else left to say other than customer dis-service. As for the car the painter did a good job. I had to rush the car out after 2 months of having it (because i was moving out of state), so they weren’t able to put the 3M invisashield on. We got the quote and set an appointment. We didn't hear anything from them and it was getting close to our appointment date. I tried contacting them multiple times via phone, email, and text. They never responded. Eventually the night before our appointment they called to tell us it was canceled and they would call back in the next week or two to get us rescheduled. They never contacted us again and we couldn't reach them when we tried. They didn't reply to our messages. They completely screwed us over because we could've go... read more
I'm very glad I waited to get my car serviced at Hammer. They had a long wait time but I wasn't really rushed. Adrienne was super helpful and communicative. She provided me with updates as they came in. She helped me resolve to insurance claims and I will definitely go back, if needed.
