From start to finish carstar lockwood was great to work with! I was sent through insurance. They were able to get my vehicle in promptly for appraisal and then the repair. They kept me updated, coordinated with the rental car company and my insurance company to make this process smooth for me. Great customer service!

My repair experience was excellent,I couldn't recognize my car again when I saw,it was so nice and shining and couldn't tell if I got a new one, inside the car had a very good smell as well, although the repair work was from outside,they took it upon their self to give it a nice clean,my overall experience was fantastic and am glad I got such a treatment from Carstar.Kudos to all the team members,will highly recommend them to family and friends!
