They were very professional courteous and were available to answer all my questions. The body work on my vehicle was started and completed in a very timely manner. The loaner SUV that they gave me in the meantime was a new, very clean, good quality vehicle that was comfortable to drive and met all my needs until I could have my own vehicle back. I would highly recommend CARSTAR Goderich.
Hands down the best auto repair around. Recently was involved in a not at fault accident and took my car to CARSTAR. I was overwhelmed and of course mixed with emotion as my car is my baby. Chantel and Tom not only exceeded every expectation I had but they also went above and beyond to ensure I was explained the process.
