Great service and friendly helpful staff.
I have used this repair facility twice, two separate incidents. The staff are all very friendly, and happy as far as I could tell. I worked with Jordan and Tom through the entire process. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very capable in their positions. They provided me with a rental and I really didn't have to worry about doing anything except making the claim and dropping off the car. Repairs were done in a timely manner. Overall I am impressed Carstar Goderich, however, I hope I never have to return! LOL

While I had a slow start with this company as it took weeks for them to contact me about scheduling my insurance repair and then significant additional time for the parts to come in, once there, the repair was incredible and done very quickly. The highlight of the experience was dealing with Chantelle Fraser. She kept me in the loop about time lines, and was amazing to deal with in person.
