Shawn was very friendly and helpful. I stopped in to have a broken heat shield removed and was in and out in 5 minutes. Two other employees came out to ask if I needed assistance while Shawn was getting the right tool for the job
The receptionist was very knowledgeable about body work. The shop took our car in on time and returned it earlier than estimated. The work done was exactly what was outlined by the charming receptionist. Very positive experience.
Good work, but it took over a month when the initial verbal implication was that they could get it done in two weeks. It kept getting delayed for seemingly unprofessional reasons. The actual hours spent on the job was 4.4 hours but I had to drive to Goderich, 50 km away, leave the car, and drive again to pick it up. They were very reluctant to let me hang around their waiting room and a local restaurant for the job.

We had someone back into our SUV and immediately drove to CarStar Goderich. I’d never been there (fortunately) before and my experience was amazing. Soon after I had a young gentleman look at our vehicle for appraisal. With a couple clicks of trim back in place and some compound to wipe off the marks I was back on the road in minutes. His attention to detail and commitment to a great customer experience was outstanding. I truly believe the next person in line will be able to send in the same review. Great job!
