I finally had my window repaired yesterday. I would like to thank Carstar for completing the work at a competitive price. Although the cost was relatively low, they delivered exceptional results. I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided for me.
I’m posting this on behalf of Brenda Bennett. I had my car in for repair after hitting a wild turkey. There was some front end damage and damage to the ac condenser and hoses. Chantell and Jordan helped me out immensely. Got my rental car and made sure everything was looked after like insurance papers. Thank you for excellent
They did great work repairing my vehicle and were very good at communicating and keeping me in the loop on what was being done. They even called and asked if I would like some value add work done (dent removal from my hood) at a lower price than it would normally have cost if I had brought it in just specifically for those repairs. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
I'm organized and I got no love for you guys too
On Wednesday,I had a slight mishap and drove intoCARSTAR for an estimate. I talked to Jordan who gave me a thorough assessment of the damage. Jordan told me to come back on Friday. I just picked up the car and you can hardly notice the damage. Jordan did a fantastic job!!! I offered him to reimburse him and all he asked for was google review. This young man was very personable and is very talented. He is highly recommended!
