Carstar technicians were friendly and helpful, but the service here otherwise was a mess. When they finally booked me in for an estimate on my car, the loaner they provided was almost double the age of my 7-year-old car. Fine - it was old - but it also sounded like it was falling apart when going around curves and smelled of stale cigarettes.
