They only do about half the work they say they will. I still have a nice dent they said they would take care of and my trunk both opens and closes hard after being "fixed" improperly and poorly the first time by Northside. And then being "fixed" again by Southside. Just avoid carstar Fredericton all together.

Car Star on Alison Blvd has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Deer hit my truck (Toyota Tundra) very minor damage, was told 3 days for the repair. I dropped the truck off on June 23rd and have been told 3 different times that they have ordered the wrong part (crown moulding) or Toyota sent the wrong part and my truck has been sitting now for 2 weeks and still not finished and still have to continue to wait for this right part to come in! Car get worst then it was before. They fix the front bumper and repaint it but they didn't fix the front grill, they bend one black piece trim, didn't clip one properly and get my rear bumper scratch in their lot. Update* What to add to this. They just answered my comment more than one year after....
