One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I originally picked Carstar Alpine in Aurora, CO to repair my 2018 Honda Accord after a parking lot incident due to it being a part of Geico’s Auto Repair Xpress program, the convenient location, and generally positive online reviews. I was in a hit and run and these guys were referred to me by the tow agency. Turned out to be the best thing i could've done for my car. They took care of me and helped me navigate my first time in a car accident dealing with insurance and how to take care of my claim. They even picked me up when my car was done so I didn't have to wait days while I orchestrated a ride to the shop. I really liked how I was assigned one person and they communicated with me instead of a random person each time. Everyone was very kind.
Everyone is very professional. They do a superb job in a timely manner. I would never go to anyone else but this company to have any repairs done to my car. Thanks for all you do. Marsja Geprge
Deceptive and unethical. My neighbor vandalized my car by intentionally and repeatedly slamming their door into my parked car. Under the guise of inspection the estimator removed the distint orange paint transfer as to remove evidence so statefarm can try to deny the claim. They are a contract shop for statefarm and their loyalty is to the insurance company not the car owners. My car was in an accident, and we took it to Carstar. The front needed to be repaired— body damage and potential radiator damage. When I got it back it physically looked fine but was not fixed! It overheated within 10 minutes of driving. I took it back to Carstar since I had a limited lifetime warranty on the repair, and they needed to do their job right. Carstar West Seneca totally made a bad situation into a seriously pleasant experience. Pleasant, helpful staff, clean comfortable surroundings, and first quality work. Very happy with the repair work done in my car and especially happy with the detailing done. My car never looked so good, inside and out. Thank you very much. would NOT recommend this location, I had a terrible experience here after turning my car in for repairs. I let staff know that I was moving in 3 weeks and they reassured me that would be no problem and they would definitely finish earlier than that. I was very very pleased with the service, the staff, and the condition of my car when i went to pick it up. They kept me informed every step of the way and, as an added bonus, my car was fully cleaned inside and out! I don't think it has been this clean since I bought it!! Good people and good work!
I recently donated $120 to CarStar of Lee’s Summit for nothing really. I did not receive any service or any sort of repair. Because I rescheduled my appointment twice, they were not sympathetic to my concerns. I tried to cancel the repair the first time I rescheduled and they talked me out of it. I tried to cancel the second time as well but was told they had already ordered parts.
