Just picked up my suv at car star. Looks ourstanding. The folks their are very friendly and kept me up yo speed on how my repair was going. This is the 2nd time i have had work done at this place and again very happy not only with my car but the people their and the great attitudes they have.
My car was stolen right after Thanksgiving and I had it towed to Halls Collision because they have been around forever and I know others who have nothing but good things to say about them. The service I received was outstanding. From the text messages allowing me to track the progress of repairing the car to the exceptional customer service I received when speaking to George and Laura. I highly recommend this place for all of your body shop needs.
I had someone hit my car on the rear passenger side, hit and run. I contacted my insurance after the last place was not a good fit. Donnie at Carstar was fantastic. They got my car in the same day. I've had it for 10 days, and it's beautiful. They cleaned the inside and outside. Very professional and knowledgeable. They kept me up-to-date the whole time my vehicle was there—exceptional service, highly recommended.
I've been there 2 times for flat tires. Both times they took me in while I waited. Once they fixed it for $25. The other time I had put fix a flat in. When they tested the tire the fix a flat had sealed the leak, so they didn't charge me. I told them I should pay something, and they refused to take any money! They're honest, awesome people!
This place ripped me off. I had a prepaid appointment scheduled. As the appt got closer, I called to confirm everything was on schedule. The general manager, Susanne, stated I do not have an appointment with them anymore. She claimed the business changed ownership and if I want the work done or a refund, I needed to contact the previous owner, Cary. Well, Cary never answered. Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Carstar Alpine Auto Body I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with my experience at Carstar Alpine Auto Body. My car has been in their possession since December 15, and as of February 2nd, I am still without my vehicle. I don't usually write reviews but Eryn was so helpful, communicative and responsive that I had to giver her a shout out...our car was damaged in accident, towed to Carstar on North Peachtree and left overnight. The next AM, I called and that is when Eryn and I had our first call. From then, she went above and beyond to very quickly get the car looked out, disassembled and put together a quote for the insurance companies. Horrible place with horrible office staff. Work on car seems ok.
I took my car into Carstar Fred's about 2 months ago to have the back bumper on my car replaced. When I got my car back, it looked like new, and was cleaner than it had been in a long time! They weren't able to recalibrate the cross traffic and blind spot radar. They told me to take it to my dealership and Carstar would take care of the cost, since it was part of the repair estimate.
