Update: After this shop repaired my car, I had to re-open my claim due to ongoing issues and it was deemed a write off. CarStar fixed only the external pieces (charged my insurance 26k) and didn’t fix the bent frame, damaged rear suspension or rear cradle. I’m not sure if they were incompetent and didn’t notice it wasn’t driving straight, or chose not to see it so they could avoid a write off at the time and get the business. Shameful.
