Truck was on time, easy to drop off, fixed well and even detailed the vehicle before giving it back. Awesome service, no complaints.
Everybody was great from start to finish, the truck looked as good as new. Girls at the front were extra patient when I couldn't find some of the paperwork I needed from the insurance company. I was extra happy with the vehicle being returned much cleaner on the inside then I dropped it off.
Carstar did great work, maintained great communication and returned our vehicle in great shape and much cleaner than when we dropped it off.
Used this body shop because it was my insurance companies “preferred vendor”. Dropped the vehicle off for work on the rear end of SUV. When I picked it up there was a huge crack on the front windshield, and all the door handles were frozen. I agreed to cover the cost of the windshield itself (even though when we dropped it off it was perfectly fine) if they would cover the labour to change it. They would not cover the labour and the quote was over $500. Do not use this body shop!!
