Very disappointed. After a collision my car had significant alignment issues that had it pulling to the side with highway driving. I told this to multiple employees at CarStar when arranging dropoff, yet the shop allowed the insurance company to decline the alignment as part of the repair because there was “no evidence of direct impact to the wheel.” Just by looking at the car you can see that the affected wheel is turned inwards.
