The way in which we recover is more important than the way in which we err. Bumper repair looks great, and they even cleaned the exterior and interior—great. Unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. My 100+ lb tote and shopping basket from the truck bed were placed directly on my leather upholstered rear seats. Now I have permanent impressions in the leather. Nice, aye?
