Gavi, Daniel, and Bryan all took care of me! They did a great job on repairing my tesla and it looks brand new! They have a great auto body painter too, who matched my paint perfectly! Communication was great as well! Definitely recommend this place if you need your tesla to be worked on!
This place does horrendous work after total mess ups on both of my teslas do your self a favor and go to Tesla collision instead of this place unless you love pain nibs and shoddy sub par work.
CarStar Fort Collins North just gained a client for life. Our experience started out great, but then received an updated that the wrong part was ordered and the work would be delayed by a day. Thankfully we had the margin in life to make it work and we left our van there the next day. When I went in the next day to pick it up, I found out that there was another issue getting the part delivered, but Brian drove all the way to Arvada to pick up the part in order to get it done on time.
