This was our 3rd experience with this Carstar location and we and our vehicle received excellent service. The team is courteous, explains each step thoroughly and their system sends frequent updates which is reassuring to know our vehicle would be ready at the approximate time stated from the beginning. This is the second time we have used CarStar after a crash. Damage was more extensive the most recent. Very happy with the body work and repair to the front end suspension. Communication on the updates to work and time to finish on the body work was frequent. Upon examination of the suspension I was made aware it had to be repaired somewhere else and then the communication stopped until I made a call to check on the progress.
Overall the work that was completed was very well done. My car looks fantastic overall and the damage was fixed perfectly. The communication was pretty good throughout the whole process, and the only hiccup was getting 2 used doors that were not up to par and ultimately needing to order a new door.
I highly recommend CARSTAR! Their communication and timelines are great. They say what they will do and do what they say. Great and consistent communication even when you can’t get a word out of your insurance on the process. They handle everything and make it extremely easy. Highly recommend!!!
