Great communication and was open to a non-insurance repair. The bumper repair was better than expected. I did request specifically for a wheel well liner to be secured but it was too broken to be fixed. Sadly they did not call and give me the option to have that addressed before returning the truck to me.
They did a fantastic job of repairing my car bumper and even added in a car detail, due the frustration from the insurance company, which was superb! Thank you guys!
My experience with Car Star has been great! I took my car in to get the front bumper repaired after someone backed into me, which required both body and paint work (I have a red Tesla). After having it back for a bit, I noticed small imperfections on the paint and brought it in—no problem at all. They let me know it was still within their warranty window and were happy to fix it.
