I recently had my car serviced at Carstar in Windsor and unfortunately had a terrible experience that I feel compelled to share with other potential customers. Major Issues Encountered: 1. Now it's 7 years later and I returned to CARSTAR several times in the interim; I can't say that I agree with the initial favorable review and has been edited below: Subsequent visits resulted in uncertainty and I hesitate to criticize because of this.
