4 1/2 stars would be a more accurate score. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail and quality control was extremely high and warrants a 5. But there was a little miscommunication about when the car was ready (partly as a result of the high quality control) but also due to a breakdown in communication internally. This would have pulled the score down a bit.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and great customer service provided by Sam. He helped us throughout the process from dealing with our insurance company and the car rental. Sam was very helpful in providing us with updates on the repair to our car. He was wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend Carstar to anyone looking for auto body repairs.
