Great job done on my vehicle. Took a little longer but they were waiting on parts. Very happy with Carstar.
I was looking for a negative or 0 rating as this service does not deserve a positive number rating at all. The worst service I have ever received in my life. They had my car for one month upon doing nothing. Their front desk staff on Bannister Rd SE JM is horrible and rude. Lacks moral and very insulting. Will never refer even my enemy to this shop ever.
Took my car in for an appraisal of hail damage and was told it would take a week to send info to my insurance. It's now been over a month amd I have had to stop in and multiple phone calls from my insurance asking for the complete information for my insurance to get completed. Not at all happy with how long this has taken amd the fact that they have not returned phone calls or emails.
