State Farm recommended some body shop and by the reviews, I choose CARSTAR (Boca Raton) to fix the back door (Toyota RAV4). Let’s start saying that, after I picked up my car, (when I get home) a notice that a cellphone and a microfiber rag was left inside my car (trunk). So, I drove back to the shop to return the cellphone. Without my authorization, they removed my original bumper and replaced with cheap aftermarket bumper. Them they put a “Toyota “ sticker on it!
