My wife and I took our car to Carstar Elmsdale after a run in with a very large animal (it ran into us). We received excellent, professional service, and in the end they went above and beyond our expectations! It looks amazing, thank you!
Thanks for the great service during my most resent visit. When I picked my car up after having a bumper replaced, not only did the bumper look amazing, the interior of my vehicle was (unexpectedly) meticulously clean, and they gave me a gift card to make up for having to keep my car for an extra day. Thank you!
The girls there are great! Extremely helpful in times of doubt and even offered to give me a ride home if I didn't have one. Would recommend anyone to go there if they are in need of a good shop that deals with insurance claims!
The ladies that greet you are true professionals! They care about you and what your circumstances are! Tank is pretty cool too!
Lisa and Ali (I think her name is Ali) were great to deal with after I was unfortunately involved in an accident. They were friendly, efficient, and my car came back looking great again plus they shined her up for me inside and out. (My apologies for the dog fur everywhere. It does not leave me. I've tried). Highly recommend.
