So we took our truck to Car Star in elmsdale because we hit a deer 2 years ago, and they were sleazy, they charged for things they didn't change/fix, etc. The impact from the crash broke the brackets for the speaker on the driver side, which they didnt fix. They said they replaced the hood on the insurance quote, which they didnt. None of the lines match up for the panels. I took my car in for an estimate for my insurance company. The woman I dealt with had the worst “can’t do” attitude I have ever come across! When I mentioned that she was making things more difficult than they needed to be and that I might just take my car to another local repair shop, she exploded in a rage and stormed off saying that she didn’t want my business… I was only there because my insurance company uses this shop as their “preferred” shop for direct billing purposes.
