5 years ago after I was in an accident, I took my vehicle to carstar in Elmsdale, they were extremely friendly, answered my endless questions and did amazing work. Last month after a raccoon interaction with my small car I once again went back to carstar in Elmsdale. They once again answered my endless questions, got the vehicle in super fast, arranged a tow for my vehicle. They did everything with extreme politeness and with amazing work done on my vehicle once again. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
Great genuine people. Did some outstanding work and made effort to do exactly what was necessary to save me some money.
I had such a positive experience with Car Star! They were so quick and on the ball from the very start, and they kept us updated on their progress. Fingers crossed I’m not in another accident, but at least if I am, I now know where I’ll be taking my car and can count on them to provide excellent service. Added bonus, they have a very cute furry greeter named Tank
Sly location; Honestly just trust your gut instinct if the customer service comes off negative. This place tried to charge me & my insurance company for something that was never authorized 2 years ago. Truro is kinder and the manager isn't angsty unlike Elmsdale from personal experience. Don't go to Elmsdale if your insurance company ever tries to set you up there.
We had a very positive experience with this location. And they even got it done way faster than anticipated!
