Great genuine people. Did some outstanding work and made effort to do exactly what was necessary to save me some money.
I had such a positive experience with Car Star! They were so quick and on the ball from the very start, and they kept us updated on their progress. Fingers crossed I’m not in another accident, but at least if I am, I now know where I’ll be taking my car and can count on them to provide excellent service. Added bonus, they have a very cute furry greeter named Tank
Sly location; Honestly just trust your gut instinct if the customer service comes off negative. This place tried to charge me & my insurance company for something that was never authorized 2 years ago. Truro is kinder and the manager isn't angsty unlike Elmsdale from personal experience. Don't go to Elmsdale if your insurance company ever tries to set you up there.
We had a very positive experience with this location. And they even got it done way faster than anticipated!
So we took our truck to Car Star in elmsdale because we hit a deer 2 years ago, and they were sleazy, they charged for things they didn't change/fix, etc. The impact from the crash broke the brackets for the speaker on the driver side, which they didnt fix. They said they replaced the hood on the insurance quote, which they didnt. None of the lines match up for the panels. They cheaped out and didnt put the proper aluminum skid plate on, they put a cheap plastic one on, with zip ties mind you, not proper clips. Then they all... read more
