I was told the vehicle will be ready before the due date. However, it wasn't till atleast 2 days after.
My experience at CARSTAR Elite was nothing but positive. The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. Reggie took car of my car and I was very please with the service. He kept me informed throughout the experience and the car was ready on time. I would recommend CARSTAR Elite anytime.
Absolutely terrible at their job! They are fighting me about insurance. I had a wreck and insurance is paying them. My side mirror was apart of the damage. All they did was make sure a piece that fell off was replaced and didn't check any of the wiring. They continued to fight me about my button to adjust the mirrors not fully working not being a cause of the wreck. They worked 100% of the time before then. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it! They were amazing and communicated with me the entire time. It only took about a week to complete. Good to know they order parts straight from the dealership. MY 2025 STILL LOOKS LIKE A 2025.
