Eli was very thorough and timely in getting my vehicle repaired. He is a pleasure to work with. After getting 3 estimates, I decided to try this place and they are competitively priced and did a great job!
The driver side of my car was sideswiped while parked on the street in April 2025. Carstar worked with my insurance and had the car fixed and looking great in about three weeks. Initially I was very happy with the service. Unfortunately my driver side doors have been leaking rain water ever since the repair. I don't know if the leaks are caused by the collision or caused by the repair process. Either way, I would expect the leak to be corrected by Carstar. The service at this location was excellent. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner, including help with the rental car. I dealt with Reggie and he was very nice and kept me informed. We are extremely pleased with the final result. The bodywork and paint match is spot on. I would highly recommend this place. We’ve used them before and if need be, we would use them again.
