The two ladies I had the pleasure of meeting and communicating with at Carstar Edmonton East were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable on the status of my vehicle. They kept me regularly updated and were delighted when I dropped in occasionally. You took some of the stress out of what I had to go through when dealing my vehicle collision. Thank you.
They were phenomenal, in on time out on time the work done was great! Crystal was wonderful to talk to. Made the inconvenience of not having my car a tad easier to cope with.
DO NOT go to Carstar if you care about your time, energy and your vehicle. I waited twice as long and was billed double the original quote without a warning. When I finally got my vehicle back 1 whole month and many excuses later, they handed me the keys without a walkthrough. Once I got to the vehicle, I noticed that the entire windshield had cracked.
