Everyone was so nice to work with. Kept me informed during the repair process. Repairs were great and car looks great.
Car star in East Hartford was excellent! The front end of our Subaru was demolished with a deer strike and now the car looks brand new. The workmanship was superb and the company is very "user-friendly" they kept us informed about the progress by texting and any phone calls were answered immediately. Kudos to Barbara at the front desk, JP, and Chris I wouldn't hesitate to strongly strongly recommend car star to anyone who needs bodywork after an accident.
Spoke with a gentleman over the phone on Thursday, claimed they not only could help on my Tesla but could give me a time around my lunch hour the following Monday. I was scheduled for 2:30 and would be finished at 3:00 pm. Arrived a bit earlier for the intake, did not even speak with a technician until 2:50 then upon seeing the car he claimed they didn’t work on Tesla’s and whoever told me that over the phone was incorrect.
