Very very very bad customer service and communication. The insurance company suggested I go to car star for a rear bumper fix and they didn’t do a good job, so I refused to take the car but they assured me that once they have another rental car available for me they will call me for another appointment to fully fix the bumper. It has been 3 weeks since then and no call. I guess they got their money from the insurance so they don’t care about customer satisfaction 🤷♂️
FANTASTIC WORK!!!! Very pleased with the service! The team finished my repairs a few days early and the work that was done was awesome! The communication with Glen was always clear and concise, he kept me updated on all the details from start to finish. I had used Centennial Carstar Dieppe before and that is why I went to them when I had an accident with my car. They did not change, it was the same clean establishment with friendly, knowledgeable and professional service.
