Had work done at Carstar 401 paint has delamination in a small area where insurance repairs were done following an accident. It’s only been 8 months. They are desperately trying to absolve themselves of responsibility of poor workmanship. Additional damages were done to the vehicle while in their possession they eventually fixed but still denied any wrongdoing after having my vehicle for about 6 weeks. I currently have my 2022 Jeep grand Wagoneer series 3 at the CarStar Lakeside in Mount Laurel, New Jersey my vehicle was in a car accident and needed a new bumper and radiator in a new tire. They have a vehicle there for over 40 days when they told me that it would be done between 10 to 13 days but that’s not the problem. Recently was rear ended and had the pleasure of dealing with Dave (the manager) at carstar bowmanville. I have never met someone so unprofessional and lacking customer service experience. I was told a 4 day turn around for my vehicle to be ready, this has now turned in to more then 2 weeks to get the vehicle fixed. Dave is completely unempathtic to any customer concerns and would rather waste the time and money of the insurance company. Definitely will not be back. During my visit for an estimate on August 30 in London Ontario, I was unclear about the subsequent procedures due to the unique circumstances of our insurance claim. I talked to Todd about the following issue. My car went to their shop in trenton for repair. They couldn't fix the bumper and fender. I waited there for 2 days. We went there next day and still there was a gap in bumper and head lights. (alignment). We took the car and called insurance company and they said they will get it fix. Now these carstar people saying that you damaged your bumper after repair and we can't do anything. They put parts from scrap and of different colours.
