Recently was rear ended and had the pleasure of dealing with Dave (the manager) at carstar bowmanville. I have never met someone so unprofessional and lacking customer service experience. I was told a 4 day turn around for my vehicle to be ready, this has now turned in to more then 2 weeks to get the vehicle fixed. Dave is completely unempathtic to any customer concerns and would rather waste the time and money of the insurance company. Definitely will not be back. During my visit for an estimate on August 30 in London Ontario, I was unclear about the subsequent procedures due to the unique circumstances of our insurance claim. Nevertheless, when I returned on September 5, Toni Korbin, the customer service supervisor, provided exemplary assistance, taking extraordinary measures to facilitate a seamless experience for both the company and myself. I talked to Todd about the following issue. My car went to their shop in trenton for repair. They couldn't fix the bumper and fender. I waited there for 2 days. We went there next day and still there was a gap in bumper and head lights. (alignment). We took the car and called insurance company and they said they will get it fix. Now these carstar people saying that you damaged your bumper after repair and we can't do anything. They put parts from scrap and of different colours. STAY AWAY FROM CARSTAR , worst experience ever from these guys , charged my insurance 12,000$ plus 500$ from me to not to fix anything and my car is still not safe to drive , put old parts on my car and they give warranty for nothing as they are not acknowledging their mistake, very worst team ever . I talked to Rob about the following issue and he is clearly lying and saying that we do not cover it, it’s not our fault. He didnt not even try to understand the problem just ignored it. I had an accident, i was not at fault. My car went to their shop in mississauga (5340 maingate Drive) for repair. They couldn’t fix the bumper and AVS light turned ON.
