This place ripped me off. I had a prepaid appointment scheduled. As the appt got closer, I called to confirm everything was on schedule. The general manager, Susanne, stated I do not have an appointment with them anymore. She claimed the business changed ownership and if I want the work done or a refund, I needed to contact the previous owner, Cary. Well, Cary never answered.
