It started when I was failed to be informed there was delays with my insurance and was never updated on a new expected finish date from the 8:5 I had originally been given. My vehicle has been at this shop since June 27, and it is now August 18. The experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Mike was my main point of contact throughout my repair process, and I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service, attention to detail, and quality of my repairs.
