This place is awesome, they did an amazing job on my vehicle, kept communication, updating me every step of the process. I would definitely recommend these guys. Especially if you have Allstate, since they are in the network. As someone who has had horrible experiences in the past, Carstar made the process easy. My car was done by the estimated date, and it looked amazing. Thank you Carstar!!!
CARSTAR Collision Purcellville made my 13 year old car look new again! I couldn't easily come during the week to pick it up so they made time for me to do it on the weekend. Not only that but they cleaned my car. Great job guys!
My car was returned with a hose routed incorrectly. This was making a loud noise that should have been heard during a post-repair test drive. This concluded a very frustrating experience where our parts had to be repainted due to being placed outside on a day where there were wind advisories. I also was hung up on by a staff member calling me to give an update simply for asking about the next steps so I could continue updating the family member I was borrowing a vehicle from. I’m new to the area and had no idea where to take my car for repairs. I’m so thankful I chose Carstar from the reviews I read. They were friendly, speedy, had great communication and did an excellent job on my car!! It was finished early and they even cleaned my car! Those poor guys, my car was a disaster inside from moving but that didn’t stop them. They cleaned the inside and outside! If anybody is looking for a collision center, go here!!!!
