Rewriting my previous review from earlier in 2025. I am really not happy with Carstar and for good reason. I had body work done a new 2025 with 2,000 miles on it. Hood work and front mask/ grill. Then I got the car bsck the first time, it has paint spray on the windshield and the front mask had a lot of gapping. Took it back. Was told "that's all we can do". The car was 4 weeks old and looked like it had body work. I took my car in for its 6000 miles service. The service advisor informed me that the car was " covered in pain... read more
UPDATED 9/20: CARSTAR called me today AFTER I told them not to. DO NOT CONTACT ME! TALK TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY I am not at all happy with Carstar and for good reasons. The bodywork completed made my car look new. I very much appreciated the way they communicated with me during each phase of work being completed.
My spoiler was loose where I had backed into a mailbox. Danian to a look and gave me 2 options, one to glue it or second to replace the spoiler which would have been more expensive. I chose the cheapest route. He gave me a Time the next day and the job was completed in a timely fashion. This was the second job I've had done and I would recommend CarStar to my friends and family. Thank you.
