I don’t know if your standard procedure is to remove all of my personal belongings into a container in the back of my car when all the work was to be done on the outside of the right quarter panel with very very minor damage. They also took my air freshener and it’s real funny that they didn’t bother anything else in my vehicle. I chose this repair center with my insurance company, which they told me was the top place to take my vehicle.

Amazing customer service! I’ve been here a few times, including today when I literally just needed a piece of plastic on a side panel popped back into place, and it’s always a good experience. When I’ve had actual work that needed done due to car accidents, they’ve helped make an otherwise stressful situation as simple and quick as possible. Everyone is friendly, patient, and communicative. Definitely recommend.
I have had my car serviced here after two seperate accidents and both times they have provided me an incredible service. They have persistent communication throughout the process so that their are no surprises. Their customer service is amazing, and their mechanics, even more so. They have never tried to push additional repairs on me and have even let me pick up my vehicle on the weekend once. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone who need collision repair or body work.
