I am grateful for CARSTAR Collision Center. The entire front desk staff (especially Angie) were professional and kind. They answered all of my questions and communicated almost daily in regard to progress of repairs. The mechanic and repair team did a magnificent job fixing my vehicle. They went above and beyond. I was recommended to this place by a friend, and I had a wonderful experience for my first time ever using a body shop! Their customer service including Gary handled everything professionally by setting up my rental, keeping me updated on when my car would be done, and detailing it for me! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone else!
Car star did a great job on my vehicle. The detailing and the work they did was outstanding. I like the fact that they send you text updates to let you know where they’re at with your vehicle and they finished the job early.
I'm still trying to figure out why I was recommended this place. This business is proof half-star ratings should be a thing.
