Our company has used CarStar of Wilmington exclusively for years now, and have never been disappointed with their work. Work is always done in a timely manner to keep our customer's satisfied. Keep up the great work CarStar!
They helped this damsel in distress just passing through town. Had the job done in 20 minutes and were extremely helpful and polite. Wish I could give them my regular business!
This place is so unprofessional its ridiculous. They estimated that the car would be done in 3 weeks, and that it would be ready to pick up at the end of that week, that was three weeks ago and I still haven't received a call saying my car is ready. They never complete anything timely, and they are completely rude and childish when you call a week after it was supposed to be done and ask about the status. Im am completely and utterly frustrated. I would not recommend having your car fixed here.
