I took my car to Madeira Car Star in February for an accident with a deer. They had my car back to me in 4 days looking brand new. They were so professional and they have excellent customer service So, last week, when my car was involved in a wreck, I did not hesitate to go back to them. At first they had said 10 to 12 days but I am getting my car back today and it has only been 5 days!!!!! I would recommend to anyone at anytime. This shop has been around many years and is owned and operated by a family that truly cares about what they do. They are experts in the field. From quote to finished paint, they were timely and professional. They were honest and told me that they could not see all the damage from our accident without disassembling the car. They let us know this up front as the estimate could and did change. Overall great experience for a needed repair.
Good service, bad labor. I had to return my car 3 times and the final results were good but I'm still cleaning over spray from inside the car. I had to clean tape marks off the car. Needless to say I was not a happy customer.
