By returning calls and e-mailing me the estimates they were supposed to send me 5 days ago. After 1 e-mail, two phone calls and my agent calling I still don't have what I need. After a rant on my Facebook page, I am finding that several people have had the same issues. If I don't hear from them by 6:00 tonight I am going elsewhere.

I had an outstanding experience with Gerber, Estimator Tyler Rawe and the entire staff. They finished my minor collision repair ding in a timely manner and were very prompt and efficient in getting me out door during checkout. I would recommend them to anyone!

Update: Car door is fixed and window works! Thank you Gerber Auto. Original post:. My car is here for repairs right now. My door has minor damage and window stopped working. Got a call from Rick updating me on my window - Rick says wiring is corroded and will cost me to fix. I ask why it's not covered with door repair? This place is terrible. Was lied to and treated like crap from day one. Communication was piss poor. When I picked my car up, the car wasn't even entirely fixed and they didn't even realize it. Still having to chase them down to get it fixed. Rick is a joke. Please save yourself trouble and go somewhere else!
