Just picked up my car from CARSTAR Clarington and could not be more satisfied and happy! The repairs were done perfectly. They made what otherwise was a very stressful repair process smooth with their knowledgable and friendly staff. Such a pleasure to deal with them! They secured a rental car for me which was also a seamless process. When I picked up my car it was not just washed but detailed on the inside, something I never expected. If I could give zero stars I would. Car was in accident and this was my insurances preferred shop to use they worked on my car with clearly no knowledge of what they are doing . The car is still making sounds from the suspension and they are passing it off as if it isn’t there problem. If it’s anything mechanical you need done with your car or your insurance company suggest you use this shop , look for another option. Complete joke of a shop and absolutely terrible customer service.
Just got my car back after a bit of a fender bender and I have to say I am very impressed! The job was done before expected, no way you would know there was a dent/scratches, the car was clean and smelled like oranges, the staff was very friendlly! I would 100% recommend Carstar!
