I went in for a door replacement and they went above and beyond - ensured all of my little scraps and dings were also taken care of! Pleasantly surprised and highly recommended.
My car suffered extensive bumper damage after being hit by a tire on 401. Carstar fixed it to perfection and Lisa and Dave were the best through out the entire process. They kept me updated on parts/ date of repair and got me into a rental right away. The whole process was seamless.
Carstar in Bowmanville is very good, they are professional, great communication and the level of detail on the work I had done was terrific.
Outside door handle fell off after body work was completed. Within 2 weeks. Many calls went unanswered. They do not care to follow through with warranty
