*EDIT: upon further conversation with the shop my car is currently at getting re wrapped as it wasn’t a service this shop could provide , they have informed me when they went to remove the license plate frame and vent inserts that wasn’t taken off before painting it caused the paint to chip which will cause possible bubbling in the wrap because of the previous shops lazy decision to rush the job. came in to get the sides of my bumper fixed but they only fixed one side of it and said the other side is fine….
I had a dent in the front of my car and just wanted them to pull it out. They said it couldn’t be fixed and needed a whole new bumper… I didn’t want that. Went to c.k collision and the guy there said give me 5 minutes. Bumped it out for free.. don’t go here
Really pleased with my experience at CARSTAR Clarington! I received excellent service from Samantha and team from start to finish. Like most people, these car issues happen unexpectedly and often at the worst possible time. I was well taken care of which really helped with the stress of the situation.
