Brought my car in after it was in a minor accedent 3months ago and chitlon attempted to total it they had proceeded to take apart my car at multiple sites (not the actual impact site) and had stolen my tire key so a new one needed to be made/Replaced. They had proceeded to pad the bill so insurance wouldnt cover and they wanted even when i had explecetly stated that i am taking the car to another shop to keep trying to get me to sign my car away as totaled. Would not recommend
I cannot recommend Chilton Auto Body based on my experience. I brought my 2023 Tesla Model Y to Chilton Auto Body for inspection after an accident. Although I signed an authorization allowing disassembly and inspection, the vehicle was ultimately returned to me in a condition that created significant additional work and expense. When I took possession of the vehicle, I discovered missing components and hardware, including parts related to the wheel liner and door striker. Absolutely fantastic experience! Chilton’s Auto Body did an amazing job replacing both my front and back bumpers. My car looks as good as new. What really stood out was the attention to detail.
