I have been going to Al and his team for a recurring issue on my car where the bumper keeps falling off. He has been extremely gracious and didn't even charge me since this is an ongoing issue. I can't think of my auto body shops that would do that.

I can't say enough good things about Chilton Auto Body on Bayswater. Al and the front desk staff are awesome. I've been a regular customer for at least 5 years now and don't go anywhere else. They are professional, thorough, and always on time with meeting their delivery times, and above all, HONEST. I just picked up my vehicle last Friday and I am so happy with the work that was done to my vehicle, Al and his crew went above and beyond. Great customer service, great communication skill, knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly, you will be taken care of. I highly recommend.
