The body shop successfully repaired my vehicle (paint job is amazing) and provided photos of the repairs, when I was on vacation. They also checked in to see if I needed a rental car, which I really appreciated. Big shoutout to the team. They were super friendly and made the entire repair process quick and easy. I was told my vehicle would be ready in 10 days, which was clearly not true. The repair time has now been dragged out to 37 days with no accountability and poor communication throughout the process. This delay has caused serious inconvenience, including my rental period expiring entirely because of their mismanagement. If the shop knew from the beginning that the repair could not be completed in a reasonable timeframe, that information should have been disclosed honestly.
