I had a terrible experience at CARSTAR. I arrived for my 9:30 AM appointment and was left waiting for an hour and a half with no updates. When someone finally spoke to me, they claimed they couldn't find the parts needed for the repair, even though those parts were ordered back in April. This is absolutely ridiculous. To make matters worse, after the appointment, they couldn't even find my car keys, only to discover them left on the outside of my vehicle. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service. We have had two vehicles repaired here and both have suffered substandard work. One had to have the hood repainted and the other is experiencing paint chipping after 10 months. Avoid the headache.
