Horrible work! I gave my car to Carstar after it was hit while parked. The damage wasn’t even that bad, just a bent fender, broken clips, and the bumper had popped off. (Picture provided) After speaking with my insurance company, I rushed into choosing Carstar and dropped my car off on *September 2nd*. Great service, truck was done on time, did a awesome job on fixing it.
I brought in my 2025 Chev Silverado 2500 for some work, and when I got it back, it looked even better than it did off the lot. The attention to detail in the paint and bodywork was next level. Devan, the store manager, went above and beyond—he kept me updated throughout the entire process and treated my truck like it was his own. Top-notch service, excellent craftsmanship, and a crew that truly cares. Highly recommend!
This is a written complaint for extremely poor and unethical services from this Carstar location. My vehicle was involved in a front end collision on April 28th 2025. When I saw my vehicle last, all four tires were intact. The tow driver hooked up my vehicle and drove away. I received a voicemail June 30th stating the vehicle was ready for pickup but that it still needed an alignment done.
