I visited the CARSTAR for a estimate due to some scratches on the side of my car. He was very helpful and recommended products to purchase to remedy the problem. It was a very nice experience and I appreciate how kind he was.
I called and talked to Jenn today. She was very helpful and able to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!!
I was so impressed with the clear communication, updates, friendly customer service. I don’t know the people who worked on my car, but everything looks great, and I’m sure they don’t get enough recognition. A million thank yous!!! Jenn, the 1st point of contact, was absolutely lovely, SO extremely helpful, and make the process so extremely smooth. She bent over backwards to make sure I got my car before the weekend.
