Carter is great! They did an excellent job. They kept me updated through the whole process. The finished work was beautiful.
Very responsive and great communication while working on my vehicle after a collision. We were contacted by the same person everytime which was an huge plus and made us always feel up to date and on the same page. Recently received my car back and it looks brand new! Very happy with the service we received.
They did a good job with my car and the service was good. When I finally needed to pick up my car, my schedule was tight, so Brian was nice enough to stay slightly after closing so I didn’t play overtime on my rental.
I'm beyond disgusted with their company policies. 2015 Tesla Model S. Needed a front bumper, headlight, and one quarter panel, and very minor cosmetic damage. Repair estimate of $11,500 which totaled out the car. I can deal with that. I understand they need to make money. I can deal with the fact that almost 1200 was only for the one headlight...seems excessive but ok.
