Explained everything that needed to be done completely
I had my car repaired at Car Star Well the paint literally fell off in the two small spots they had to fix. Had it under warranty to fix and guess what, Car Star said there was more damage and only fixed one paint spot. How ridiculous! It has been a hassle with the warranty and I've gotta still fight it. I would recommend checking multiple places before having car star fix your vehicle.
This shop is amazing! The repairs were very quick and look amazing! They returned my car to me clean and fully charged since it’s electric. Their Customer service is also very friendly and welcoming. 10 out at 10 would recommend.
Explained the process (lengthy due to insurance) better than others. After parts were acquired, they took less time than expected to actually complete the repair. Wife was very impressed with the cleaning and detailing. Staff was very professional. Would have liked a bit more proactive updates on parts acquisition.
