Friendly and professional front desk folks. Solution oriented, accurate expectation setting and solution oriented. Repairs on my black Camry's door was also well executed. Flawlessly. Looks totally new. They then cleaned the car and nothing left inside went missing. I would recommend them anytime without hesitation.

My SUV had a tiny mishap with the pole in my parkade. Carstar was wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process.: Even though I couldn’t afford to completely fix my mishap, the small repair makes it look close to 95% perfect and they even washed my vehicle! I was expecting it to still show a bit but wow, wow, wow; I was amazed! They estimated the repair to take an hour and it only took 30 min! I had my vehicle repaired at CSN, and although the process took a bit longer than expected, it was definitely worth the wait. The quality of the repair was excellent. They even cleaned my vehicle inside and out—my car looks like brand new! I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail. I’m also glad there is a warranty for the repair, though I’m hoping I won’t need to come back for any issues. Thank you for the great service! 🚗✨

Just before Christmas our vehicle was rear ended and Intact Insurance sent our vehicle to your establishment for repair. We were so pleased to see the quality of repair we received.
