Shane and his team are amazing . They have been taking care of my two vehicles for years . They are super professional , extremely helpful and always go beyond what is required . I can’t recommend them highly enough .
So disappointed with my very recent experience at CARSTAR Springbank. My car went in for repairs on June 5th and was scheduled to be completed June 19th. It wasn't done on the 19th, I finally had to call to ask when it would be done. Was told the 30th. I didn't hear from anyone that day so called again on Monday and was told the 4th of July. Still no car so called to ask, and was told the 11th. No car. Keep in mind these are all Fridays so have to wait until Monday to call. On Monday was told Thursday. No car. Called this mo... read more
