Their customer service was amazing- initially. But unfortunately, our bumper was painted the wrong colour. A bright silver, instead of the correct silver colour of the car. Very disappointing. And I’ve not heard back from CARSTAR as promised, to correct this issue. It appears I, the consumer will have to push to make this right. Unfortunately, I have gone from feeling like an important customer, to now feeling like I’m not important, and I am the problem.
Excellent customer service, and I am very happy with the repairs made to my vehicle! I was updated on the progress throughout the job. Highly recommend CARSTAR Crowfoot!
