Recently had a small car repair done at Carstar McKnight and it went smoothly. They always kept me updated on my vehicles status. They even finished the repairs a day earlier then expected. Would definitely recommend!
CarStar is my go to shop. Awesome customer service and I have been 100% happy with the work the do on my vehicle. I would recommend them whether you are going through insurance or going out of pocket.

Thanks to Scott Partridge and his team for the great customer service and work on my body damaged on quarter panel. They helped my 1st accident experience go well. Unfortunately there car wash detailer was no good as they must have used a frozen or dirty brush across my 2018 black Mercedes with only 115,000km and now i have 10x 20-30” scratches all down my hood , fender and beyond. I had a vehicle in for hail repairs 1.5 years ago. An electrical problem poped up that was probably associated with the repair. Really, no questions asked. They got it in in short order and fixed the issue!
