It took me a while to post a review but I would like to tell everyone that Joe and Rob are exception people. I got my camry front bumper work done from them. After 1 year one of the front left trun signal indicator became loose and when I went to them, they not only fixed the light but also changed the old head lamps that i purchased earlier for no cost. I highly recommend them for the work. We need people like them in our community.
These guys are the real deal. Fast super friendly and the results well can I say perfect cause I can not find a flaw. These guys are professional and so fast. The owner was amazing with me and he made the process easy and painless. Highly recommend them. So so so impressed.
I had a great experience at CARSTAR Caledonia. Joe, Rob, and the staff were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. They responded to all of my inquiries promptly and truly understood how stressful an accident can be. The repairs on my Buick LaCrosse were impeccable — you would never know it had been in an accident! I am extremely disappointed with CARSTAR Caledonia (Joe, owner/operator) after trusting their word regarding my car rental during an extended repair delay (March 24 – April 1, 2025). When my repair was delayed, Joe assured me that CARSTAR would cover all additional Enterprise rental charges until my car was ready. I even received a written email confirmation on April 8, 2025, stating my balance with Enterprise was $0.00. Immediately after misjudging a cement post and needing a front bumper I went to Carstar. By the end of that day I had a written quote. Today is 2 weeks later and I just picked up my car. Carstar had it for 35 hours total and they did a fabulous job. New front bumper including a fabulous paint job and returned to me looking fit to be in a showroom. Final price was exactly as the quote and was very reasonable.. I highly recommend Joe and his team
