I have had the BEST experience with these hard working guys! I had accidentally left my hatch open while driving in to my garage,Ouch!! I spoke to a nice man, said probably a couple of hundred, depending on the time frame it would take to fix it, bring it back on Tuesday. If I could give no stars I would. Our car came back in worse shape then when I took it in. A deer hit our RAV4. When we got it back form them non of the sensors worked nor did the NAV system. But they worked before we brought the car to them. It took almost a year before it was fixed and we had to bring it somewhere else at our cost of over $6k to fix. We had to sell the vehicle to cover the cost. Never use them. Does anyone have a good lawyer. We are going to take them to court.
Great customer service, great staff and excellent attention to detail on the repairs to my wife's 24 escape. Can't recommend them enough
