I have had work done at car star, in bridgewater, on a couple trucks over the years and most recently just picked up my prius that they fixed. My car looks like it is fresh from the factory floor and the repairs were thorough and detailed. Well to start i wouldnt call it very positive when the owner kevin runs out of the shop threatening to knock a customer out for saying hes taking his busniness elswhere . Any response to that? Should i call you so you can tell me my business is not wanted anyways? I thought this was a professional franchise? I guess not

My wife was in a "zero fault" accident after being rearended by a Parkview High School student. Thought Carstar was a good place to go for an estimate for rear bumper cover replacement. They took pictures of the headlights and dusty headliner. Insurance people now say that the undamaged headlights deduct 1000 dollars from our vehicle value and the dirty or dusty headliner deduct 1983 dollars from it's value. They also say it has 3.4 million kilometers on the odometer which brings down the value to 1900 dollars. What a bunch ... read more
