Had my car backed into when I wasn't home had a great experience here at carstar West receptionist was friendly and the Lady I was dealing with the the process Shawna talked me through every step via call / email car looks good as new and very quickly too overall great experience
Do not come to this car shop. I had to use their services twice. Worst service I ever had. First they took almost two weeks to fix a parking lot scratch. Then they delivered my car with additional damage to the same area they were fixing. Their employees denied they caused the new damage, claiming it was already in the pictures they took when the car was dropped off. I requested to see the pictures and a manager came to talk to me. If I could give this company 0 starts I would. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION AND GO TO THE LOCATION IN THE NORTH END. I originally went to the north location but they we super busy and said it’s the same owner and they could get in faster. So I trusted them. After 5 weeks….They gave me my car back with an IOU for some parts. They are scammers they got the insurance money but are playing games of not returning calls, I have tried several times. This is June 30 and my accident was Dec 3rd.
Exceptional work! The staff are so friendly and helpful! I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome to an already stressful situation. They took the stress away and the best part is, you would never even know my car was hit. It looks brand new again! Thank you so much carstar west! Definitely recommend!!
I found Carstar to be very helpful and efficient. The workmanship in repairing my vehicle was top notch. The damaged area on my vehicle looks like new.
