Great experience using Carstar. Not only was my car fixed flawlessly and quick, but they took the time to fully detail the car. Thank you to the whole team at the Brantford West location.
Carstar was meticulous in dealing with every aspect of what I originally thought was a little scrape. My car looks brand new outside and the interior was left spotless and even smelling great! They also kept me well informed of their progress and any changes to the expected completion date. I'm very satisfied with their work and their service.
I brought my suv there after my car accident. While it ended up being a total loss, i can't say enough good things about Jennifer (front desk). She answered my questions, helped me the best she could when insurance wasn't helping me and was just overall calm and kind. She made cleaning out my car an easy process and I'm sure she heard me crying while I did and gave me space to be sad. Thanks Jennifer for all of your professionalism and kindness!

My first time coming here as it was referred by my car insurance. Brought my car in for them to inspect and later to have the rear bumper painted since it got scratched from the accident. The process was easy, everything explained in a way I can understand and was fixed in the next couple of days! They also helped me get a rental car at Enterprise for the days my car had to be at the shop. The staff at CARSTAR are immensely kind, and super professional. I would definately recommend CARSTAR Brantford West to everyone!
