Less then a year ago we hit a deer with our vehicle and the insurance company sent us to car star for repairs. Everything went smoothly then. Well for Mother’s Day we got the car detailed and we’ll washing the car a big paint flake came off of the vehicle. ( keep in mind the detailers were using a proper wash mitt and doing the 2 bucket method with dirt guards in the bottom of the buckets) after reaching out and showing car star they agreed it was there fault for not properly painting the vehicle the first time. Very disappointed with the service at this auto repair shop. For a very small repair, they made me come back 3 different times because the parts were never ready. Every visit wasted my time, and the communication was poor. Especially the manager (Kelly) and the receptionist were not professional or helpful. Their attitude towards customers was disappointing, and overall the customer service experience was very frustrating. I would not recommend this place.
