I was sent to this Carstar after an accident that wasn’t my fault, and the experience was unbelievably frustrating. I was told twice—on two different days—that my vehicle was already being worked on and just needed “another day.” That turned out to be completely untrue. We had a very pleasant experience with carstar brantford. Special thanks to Nicola and Jonathan. Very professional and takes time to explain on what has been done and what actually had happen. I highly recommend Carstar.
I would give zero stars. My car had minor damages repairs and took a month to be fix. I got a total run around by the staff as to when it would be completed. Each week it was a new story. After completed I drove my car and the alignment was off so they took it back and aligned it and it was still off. Stating I need two new tires. I saw my regular mechanic who disagreed with that. Very detailed work. Repair was done perfectly and they detailed my interior as a bonus!
They do quality work and have a professional and friendly environment. I recommend carstar if you are looking for a place that knows what they are doing. If you want quality from people who obviously care about what they do, then take your car here if you need it fixed.
